Printing lines through grapgics

you must specify the type of your print-out (line drawing or images).
Both the situations you have to print a nozzle check to see if all the colors are ok.
If the lines are symmetrical then you have to perform Band Adjust of the printhead from menu.
F.Y.I if the lines are colored (ex.red-green-blue) then you are missing one or more colors.

Check the cables.
I have this problem and i put new cables (lan or usb) and the problem its gone.

Use lan cable like STP (shielded) or UTP cat 6e
