E260 4gb sansa not turning on

it was working fine battery fully charged but all of sudden it showed unknown format files and switched off itself now not turning on

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

some may be due to low battery power or due to software problem...while charging stop once the charge gets full,...dont overcharge the battery,,,,,,the battery life gets reduced
