i cant use chat with only one of my friends. i can with everyone else but not with him. i can only hear a word here and there when we try to chat. what do i do to fix it?

- I got it fixed. My computer was blocking it through a firewall. The ports were also closed. I upgraded my internet serice and the modem was reset. I think that is when the ports got closed. It works fine now. The friend I referred to is my fiance so I highly doubt I was on any block list. Also the mute was not checked.Popular Solutions for Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
