Need remote code to control a Panasonic Omnivision...

New Verizon Equipment:
Set top box- Motorola-QIP 6200/QIP64XX
Remote Control- Phillips RC 144

Need remote code to control a Panasonic Omnivision VHS PV-M2079 TV/VCR combination. Currently we have volume control but are unable to power on or off.

I have the panasonic pv-df2035, and I just got 3197 to work with my Verizon remote.  hope that helps

You need to program the VCR (which turns the sey on/off) as an aux, then program any Panasonic TV type for TV, and then set the STB button to control STB, TV and AUX and you should be set.

Correction, program the Verizon remote AUX using the panasonic VCR codes until it turns the set on/off, program the remote for TV using the panasonic TV codes until it controls volume, then program the STB button to control all 3... STB, TV, and AUX, sorry for the poor initial description. If you are missing any VCR or TV funtions try another respective panasonic code until all functions are available.
