the moving ink frame is probably pointing to a symbol such as replace color ink( three dots on ink cartridge picture). Replace color ink. You are probably printing your black and white documents with colored ink--always select black or greyscale.
Did u remove the cellotape that covers the printhead of the new cartridge? Other solution: if using XP: use the HP toolbox to prepare the new catridges for firsttime printing. If using Vista, go to start-controlpanel-printers and rightclick on hp940C icon, choose properties, select services and do a cleaning and prepare job.
Hi, the printer need nozzle check you can determine what are the problem ink cartridge. , if blue does not display in nozzle check printer need head cleaning twice.
Hi, I have had this happen before, try holding down both the power and ink replacement buttons at the same time. After about 5 seconds let go and it should shut down then try turning it back on....hope it helps
Hi there the noise you are getting might be the ink carriage stuck or the paper pickup lever stuck in position. Check these move freely. Also most printers are compatible with Mac now all you have to do is either check on the website for that printer or you can download new drivers for them at the manufacturers website.
