Question about Nokia N70 Cellular Phone
I have had this phone for almost 2 years. All of a sudden my sim card has stopped working in this phone. We have tried another phone and the sim works in it. The message that the phone gives when inserting a sim card is:
SIM card registration failed. Thank's.
You might have filled up the memory to the brim and the phone doesn't have enough to switch on.
Try reformat to original settings. anything you stored on the phone will be lost.
How to reformat your phone, first turn it OFF. Press * 3 send at the same time and keep them pressed while you turn the phone on.
Give it time to work.
Remember, do not let go the 3 keys until you see the formatting screen.
After a few minutes when the process is over, your Nokia N70 will be back to the original delivered system.

The sim card holder is too loose on a lot of new Nokia phones. Place some folded paper (3,4,5,6 times) between the sim card and the sim card holder. It should fix it. I have an E65 and had this problems for two days after buying it. Since I fixed it 3 months ago, never had this problem again. Hope it works for you too.
