Question about HP DeskJet 940c InkJet Printer
Everything is working and hooked up correctly, except for the blinking cartridge error. Diagnostics show I have the correct software; the printer is installed.
I thought perhaps there is a physical problem inside the printer, since everything checks out. I would like a diagram of the inside of the printer if anyone has it. Thanks
I am not sure if you have tried this but fist try another ink cartridge the one you have may be defective.
If that did not work it could be that you need to clean the carriage that the cartridges are held in. You can do this with a lint free cloth and a little rubbing alcohol. Try cleaning off all the metal connectors inside that carriage.
