If you are using Motorola Phone tools, just use the update feature. It will download the drivers for you.
If you are still having trouble, you can use Drivermax. It is free, but you can only dowload 2 drivers at a time. You do have to register and it is easy to use, but it works.

You can also try motorola website, but they do not have many phones listed with drivers because the driver may differ from carrier to carrier.
