After reformatting any computer, to receive full functionality, you need to install appropriate drivers for each device in the system. Your sound is one of these devices. You can download drivers for the HP Compaq dx7380 Microtower PC from HP's website:

Select your supported operating system, and search for your audio drivers. If applicable, you will probably want to install other drivers as well.

you need to reinstall the audio drivers. they are not saved in a reformat. Select device manager to look at the audio that you have. e.g realtek then if you have discs with the drivers just run that or go to the website for the brand and get the driver. Download to your desktop where you can see it , then double click to unpack the files and run them. They install automatically.

first you need to install LG PC Suite. Ater this you need to connect the phone through a data cable on the laptop. You open the LG PC Suite program and you can download your photos on computer

After re-formatting you need to reinstall all drivers for your computer.
