The printer is saying printing started and printing complete but yet their is nothing printing at all; the print jobs are collecting in the queue. Printer keeps telling me alignment problems when I reinstalled a new color cartridge. Help!

It sounds like it is trying to print an alignment sheet, so that the printer can then scan the sheet, and see how bad it is off, if any. Start here.

Look in your user manual to see how to force an alignment check. There is also usually a setting in the driver as well (icon in the system tray near the clock).
