I have a Thermadore double oven, convection on top

I have a Thermadore double oven, convection on top and regular oven below. Model SC302TS. None of my oven lights work either by way of the door switch or by way of the control panel. The lights are 12v, 10w Halogen. All four light bulbs are good.

The three PC assemblies, (Display, Upper and Lower control boards) were just in for refurbishment. The lights did not work before I sent in the PC assemblies.

All oven functions work properly with the exception of the lights.

Can you please help me with the trouble shooting for this issue?
