I have an audiophase 1gb mp3 player that says on the pc that there is no music however there is space used I need to clear it out and start over how do I do this?
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

mp3-player is connected to the pc but the screen shows disconnected

it says that my mp3 is either disconnected or not responding. but i have tried it many times and it doesn't work
