how do I change the belt on my Hoover Elite Dual Purpose Vacuum cleaner? The belt part # is 38528-027. Where is the motor pulley?

The hoover belt number you listed (38528027) has been changed by Hoover to 38528040. Below I have listed a link to the manual that has instructions and a link to the belt you need. Hope this helps!
