Generic problem for all MP3 and Digital Media Players
Distorted sound?

The headphones on my zen snapped and I replaced them with a new creative pair but since then the sound has been distorted. The music ehoes, the voice disappears and sometimes all I can hear is one instrument playing? Its not the earphones as I have used my mini speakers and the problems the same. Help, I miss my music!

I am having the same problem too on a Zen V Plus. I have tried new headphone, using Creative's firmware fix/update, resetting, recharging etc...
Cannot get it to go back to normal. Sound is distorted for downloads and for the radio.
