Question about Aiwa HV-MX1 VHS VCR
Just the usual problem of needing the rubber belts replaced.
Take the top cover off and watch the mechanism move, usually you can see what the problem is if you get to know its motion. Best if you learn this before it develops a problem of course.
Buy a kit of belts for your model from all kinds of sites on the net and install them yourself if you are handy with delicate mechanisms.
