Dishwashers
Generic problem for all Dishwashers

Hose connections

posted by dhtx on Jan 03, 2008

A mouse chewed all the rubber fitting on all my hoses and also chewed the sump inlet. When I was out buying all the new hoses, my husband removed the old hoses but now doesn't remember where they were installed. I've got a drain hose (part 462), a hose chamber (part 559), and a hose power shower (part 571). I see two places to connect fittings on the motor/pump assembly and also two places to connect fittings on a plastic thing at the back of the washer (it's called a body valve and check assembly (part 560)). The part # are from geappliances.com diagrams. I spent approximately $100 on these parts and can't afford a repairman. These hoses were already connected when I bought the dishwasher so they are not pictured in the installation guide. Please help!
