Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player

1 Answer

My Ilo "2GB Built-in Memory" (The little red one) device is not turning on?

I am not sure what's up with my little gadget, for a few months (Since September 16th) I have had no trouble with it.

Just a couple details...

It stopped working when it was in the middle of a song - in my pocket.
(it was not under any pressure)

It still turns on, transfers and receives data when it's connected via USB cable.

The battery is not a fault, because I have tested between five batteries, now. Three of them were brand-new from the package.

If you could help me with some solution it would be GREATLY appreciated, this little gadget was very expensive and I can't afford to just toss it away because it's being stubborn.

If you could send any tips or information regarding my issue please send to it to Ctrl-Alt-Daleet@Hotmail.com, thanks again.

My unit worked fine for about a week . Then I didn,'t use it for three or four days, when I turned it on the next time nothing happened. I thought -a bad battery- so I put a new one in -still nothing. repeatd with another battery-same results no power.

This is the worst mp3 player ever invented - i have to tell you this up front. There is no driver, the company does not support the product anymore - I would return it now while you still can.

Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Just purchased new Cannon A495 camera installed 2GB memory card turned on camera display reads"memory card error" turned off removed and reinstalled batteries turned on camera problem still exists

Hello Art, Hi, The Canon brand is known world wide, but if the camera you just got is new and defective, why not return it to the dealer, have them try and operate your camera, if its defective they should replace it. Besides I don't advice gadgets with warranty, let the dealer repair it for you.

Need help

1) Disconnect from computer, turn it off, hold in volume + button and reconnect it to your computer - continue holding volume + until the Found Hardware Wizard comes up.

2)
REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.

Hey my mp4 player the (thick one) that playes AVI and MPEG-4 videos only wont recongize my new 4GB SD-Card but would recongize my 2GB SD-Card everytime i try put it it freezes and wont move i reset it...

I can help! The mp3 player's are only built by standard specifications and they are only built to work with 2gb sd cards at the max. so i suggest using the 2gb sd card or buying an mp3 with more memory space.
