I do not know the phone you have but you can send the contact one by one via object push bluetooth if the phone has the application.

You will find the process via the manufacturer site.

Just bought a Parrot Minikit. I have an iPhone 5S. I can't transfer my contacts because my iPhone doesn't have that capability. Is there an app that I can use to make this happen?

There doesn't appear to be an iphone app for that product. Checking the compatibility page Parrot USA Compatibility it notes that the 5S is compatible with phonebook synchronization. The user guides are available here Support Parrot MINIKIT Plus USA. You should read it,I see it notes that:
Sending contacts via Bluetooth:
If your phone does not support automatic synchronization, you can also use the Object Push function of your phone to send contacts from your mobile to the Parrot MINIKIT+ via Bluetooth. To do so :
1. Press the jogwheel and select Receive contacts.
2. Refer to your phones' user guide for more information about sending contacts via Object Push.

No contacts in address book after pairing nokia C5 with Parrot CK3100. I find that my contacts are not available on the handsfree. I have used 2 other phones, with this same device, without a problem.

Your Parrot may need updating to work properly with a phone as new as the C5. but you can try the following,
To send a contact
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and chose OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product

To send several contacts:
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and choose OPTIONS / MARK/UNMARK / MARK
* Repeat procedure for several contacts
* Open the OPTIONS menu and chose SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product
