My Flip video has been working great until now. Once I connect the camera to the USB I get a message that says, "An error occurred while interacting with your computer. Please make sure the camcorder is connected to the computer." Error codes 17,2 are at the top of the message. The camcorder window shows, "Connected" and it "beeps" when I plug it into the USB ports (I tried 4 different ports). All of the videos are still able to be viewed on the camcorder. MANY emails to customer assistance... no solution. I've deleted and reinstalled the software, did the upgrade as requested with no change. The camcorder still records and the videos there. I just can't export them into the computer!
