None of the burners are heating, the clock works; the oven was on earlier; I need the burners to work

This may sound silly, but go check your circuit breaker and flip it completely off and then back on. Sometimes it does not completely trip and your clock only needs 120 volts to work which you have, but the heating coils need 240 volts. If you have an older house that has a fuse panel instead of circuit breakers you could have a blown fuse.

The clock display works on 120 volts but the burners and oven require 240 volts. I would check the breaker or the receptacle to see if they're bad.They may be supplying only 120 volts. One more less common problem could be the terminal block on the range where the power comes in. Very rarely they will melt. BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE RANGE if you have to check the terminal block. According to your symptoms, it appears that you will need a new electronic oven control board. If nothing on the range heats, you could have a tripped breaker on the 120 volt L2 leg of 240 volt power. This would prevent the cook top burners and the oven elements from heating.

have u tried setting the clock my oven wont go whithout the clock set

We had the same thing happen and now they came and said it was the clock that needs to be replaced. They said that controls the oven. Even though clock is on and working the function for turning on the oven is not

My oven glowbar stopped working christmas morning. Yesterday we bought a whirlpool brand (igntr-oven #4342528) because it is twenty something dollars cheaper then GE. My husband installed it today. The only difference is you have to splice the wires (it comes with everthing you need) The first time he put it in it did not work because he had the wires backwards. He switched the wires and now its working fine.
My oven is two years old also.

Something is stopping the gas flow. Turn off gas. Disconnect line from the stove have someone turn on and off the the gas just for a second.(make sure no flame in room). See if gas is available.If not it is the gas line leading into the house somewhere,not the stove.  Follow the piping to the first thng it comes to. Disconnect that line and see if it is open from there back to the connection. If you finally get to the valve,which I dont think you will . You will have to disassemble  or replace it. 

Sounds like a heating element. Same thing happend to my oven. You can find them around 50-60 dollars. Veryy easy to install, just remove a couple of screws and remove old element and put in new one. Make sure you shut off power to oven firstg of course.

The input power is incorrect. The neutral connection may be missing
