My Sandish Sanza ( 2gb) backlight screen is black

Reset All
NOTE: THIS IS AN ADVANCED OPERATION AND RESTORES ALL SETTINGS
TO THE FACTORY DEFAULTS. NORMAL USERS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED
TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION!
If your device freezes up press the Menu button and hold for 15 seconds.
This is like a power down of the device. Once you perform the reset, the adjustments you made during last operation
will be gone.....
IF that doesn't work try to recover...download the update software and install then lock your sansa hold in the rec key on the left at the same time push the menu/power button this will take you to recovery mode then connect to the computer Star the update software if it doesn't start automatic goto /start /all programs /Sandisk/sansa updater/ sansa updater and start it up manually... follow instructions on the updater and the sansa hope this works.... How to reset sansa e260

You can do this by simply holding down the Power/Menu button for about 15 seconds. After the reset, any changes you have made to the e200 during its last use will be lost.

Battery Problem???

Ok it takes a while but heres the solution. Slide the hold button to ON and hold down the REC button. While still holding the REC button, connect the USB port and wait for your PC to find it. Once it has found it type this link in to download Firm Ware. It may take a while but it is worth the wait.Once it is downloaded to your player EJECT!!! the player before disconnecting the USB port. Now just wait for it to format yor player and it should be working good as new again. =)
