Shut laptop down on sleep mode and battery died. When plugged back in and restarted, the keyboard will no longer work, none of the keys or mouse pad work at all.

Yeah, press F1 to start your machine. But if not working get an external keyboard and see if it will work.If it works, go to your "control panel" and Double click on "keyboard" click on "hardware" to see the number of keyboards present..
If they are 2 them try un installing the faulty one.. restart the machine and notice if the computer will recognize it..

P5GD2 one post beep

Check the processor's heat sink fan. Make sure it's spinning. Blow out any dust or vacuum (w/ no power to the tower.) Reseat the memory. Try with one memory stick if you have two, resassuring to put in slot 1. Sometimes two different types of memory act weird together. Make sure memory is compatible. (ex. PC2100...)

We have tried to boot our computer this morning and we received a black screen w ctl+alt+del with NTRL. After I went into setup I saw a keyboard error. How do I fix?

try using a different keyboard if you have one around, you can pick one up at the store fairly cheap if you need a new one, otherwise to see if it is the computer, try another keyboard from a different computer. If that doesn't work try a usb keyboard when you can get one.

Split two hands for two different sounds

The SP200 does not have any built in ability to split the keyboard between high and low. My guess is that you were seeing someone using this keyboard as a midi controller for a sampler (or sample player) and they had assigned various samples to keys or key ranges. This can be done using Reason fairly easily. The setup would be in the sampler you use however and not the keyboard.

Hope this helps.

Innovera Wireless Optical Mouse and Keyboard

I would replace the whole setup with a new mouse and keyboard. A lot of manufacturers out there have faulty products and wireless input devices are not known for their reliability. I would suggest a logitech setup. This seems to be the most stable brand that I have found.
