downloaded hp web smart printing and nothing happened. No tool bar or anything. It tells me in add and remove programs that I have it installed but I can't find it and cannot use it. help

you will not find any tool bar and you will not notice anything

It will just help you when you are printing from websites so that the printouts are okay from websites
