Kx-ts2350ruc call out ok, but when receive call, caller can not hear me, I can hear caller
Sounds like 1 of 2 things
1. You have your phone muted :)
2. Your microphone does not work
A simple way to test your mircophone part would be to, if it has one, if your phone has a voice memo or voice recording feature use that and try and record your voice if it doesnt work, replace the phone if it does we're one step closer to figuring it out.
I'd start with that
Also check your manual for a phone reset feature and try that as well

I can make a call on it. hear both ways ok. I think my son is playing trick on me for my receive calls, the caller can not hear me.
