Question about Xerox WorkCentre M940 InkJet Printer
I lost the Installation CD for my Workcentre. I downloaded the installation for windows XP from the internet. The Workcentre is installed according to my computer but there is still a missing link re communications. All is plugged in as it should be but all the tests failed (re installation wizard) so still can't use my m940. ARRGGGHHH!!!
Call, 1-800-828-5881 then follow prompts 4 then 3. They should be able to look that up and order you the proper disks. If not they will direct you to who can.
