i updated 2008 disc on friday and email reference received with order no,5467095017 plus renewal code tried to get download of new purchase but details didnt fit screen info. am i stillunprotected what do i do. instructions given are of no use and i have also received a message saying there is a problem connecting to Symantec store.com.my renewal code is ATT001173.18KB.vey disappointing process and extremely time consuming and frustrating.There must be a more straightforward security system.
