i have an Acer Aspire 7735 and lost the 2 small round things that go where the power supply plugs in and now my power port keep going off and on where cna i get get those rings at or what can I do to make my computer stop doing the off and one while it is plugged in

- where my power plug goes into the computer there is suppost to be 2 cover one larger than the other...I lost them and now I am left with the place where the plug goes into the computer from the side... the adapter is not damaged as far as I can tell...but now it is if you bump my laptop it beeps and will go from chargeing to non chargeing and if you wiggle it will start charging again.. I need to know if there is anything I can do to fix this or replace those partsNov 01, 2009
- it is the small rings that I am refering to....now with thoses rings being gone...the place around the dc jack everytime you bump the computer will beep and will stop chargeing until you fix it.. how can I fix this issue or where can I get the 2 plastic pieces at.. the power jack is wigglesClarification Request

Did your DC jack fall out or is the small rings you refer to a piece of plastic around the dc jack.

Please describe these "small round things" better. -color -shape -how many -ect Does the adapter appear to be damaged? Do you know what part of the computer the small round things came from
