Tablet quit working. Left for vacation (1 week) came home plugged it in and it no longer worked. WACOM TABLET CTE-440

Had the same problem and just solved it. Very easy. Turn off your
computer. Pull the power cable. Wait about 5 minutes. Plug it back
in and power it back up. No more USB not working prompt in your device
manager and your tablet should be back and running.
