Hello! We were given a Saeco coffee maker purchased at Starbucks a year ago April. WE had the caraffe handle button snap off while using it. (The button was always really stiff) Anyway, I went back to Starbucks and they told me to go online and seek out customer service. I have done this once about three weeks ago and have not heard from anyone. We are curious as to what is done about this as this was a more spendy coffee maker (over $100.00) Please advise as we would like to get this problem taken care of and as of now we keep making contacts and never hear back. (Starbucks included. The manager was going to get back to me (3 weeks ago ) and we have not heard as of yet either. Thank you for your help. Ken and Julie Kessenich
