The child lock has been set on our TV Video combi and we do not know how to remove it. Can you help?

1 press and for 5 seconds the key symbol on remote
or try this method
2 press stop key on remote and and playback key on unit
for 5 seconds , service status window appears and select service
control menu and ok , at eeprom clear option press ok for 5 seconds, press menu and standby
