When we call phone company to retreive messages it goes through but when I put the pin #in it keeps saying nothing has been entered...also is this phone supposed to be clicking in your ear after the number has been dialed..takes a long time for call to go through

sir # no number so it is normal to saying nothing is enter AND when phone try to connect call it clicking lightly but if clicking is above then light then contect to service centre and ur time prob to ur may be releted to connection so contact operator of connection which u taken
