i have tally5.4. now when i start tally the msg come" exiting tally. the file is damaged . rewrite file"

this msg come after that time when my pc was off due to power failure

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

i formated the system , now i want to take tally backup what i do, pls some one help me
