I have a roomba 530 and the brushes don't spin what is the problem i took it all part and cleaned all the hair and dirt and it still won't turn?

The cleaning head module electronics are probably burnt out, this is not terribly uncommon. Your best bet is to contact Salton and purchase a 530 replenishment kit (http://www.salton.com.au/products/146) and replace the entire cleaning head module.
