Iriver E10 Reseting Options

My friend was having troubles with her Iriver X20 so I uploaded the program Iriver plus 3 for her. It automatically deleted Iriver plus 2 (the program I use) and the media playlist it saved on the computer. After re-installing Iriver plus 2 and loading in a different library, I found that my device ( Iriver E10) would not load up the current media playlist on the device. I have used the reset button, only to find that it merely turns off then restarts the E10. Iriver Plus 2 is now incredibly slow, I have waited two hours for it to try and load up the media list however it fails to find any.

Is there a way for me to delete all the media on my Iriver E10? Or do I need to put up the same library from before?
