Trouble shooting my phone

Some phones dont accept the different ringtones we now have. You know how they offer poly and mono? Perhaps you bought a mono ringtone when your phone only use poly or maybe the other way around.

If you bought a ringtone by a tv add, then that may be the case.
If you have internet on the phone, and bought it off there it will depend which phone company you are with. Look up their site vodaphone.com virgin.com etc. , and have a look at their help section.

With vodaphone, I know that once you buy it from the internet on the mobile, you download it autmatically. But you have to save it.
