dear sir
i am having video ipod of 30gb model no a1136 emc no 2065.i am not able to download any movie in my ipod .please tell me how to do this and if any software is required please provide me

my ipod doesnt function correctly when its plugged into my p.c. it only shows calender file. but it does function correctly when its not plugged into the p.c.& in use. what do i do? how do i fix it?

when my ipod is plugged in the computer it only shows the calender. it doesnt show any other files. the ipod functions correctly when not plugged in to computer. what do i do?

Hi I have a 30GB video ipod, I can able to upload the songs but unable to load any video. I tried to install videos through quick time but its not working. Please suggest me if i need to install or download any software, also please advice if I can use quick time. Im using Windows Os.

hi sir,
i have an ipod a1136 emc-no-2065 of 60gb i cant able to play the folders when i want to play the files they simply scanning and they can't playing.

Hi,
Am Christpher dickens in Fort portal, Uganda and i advice you to download total video converter which converts every video ant any time and make sure you select the ipod icon and select ipod mp4. Use itunes to upload your videos on your ipod.

iPod only support MP4, M4V formats, I think you may need software to convert videos. I prefer to use Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite for conversion of either DVDs or videos on your computer. You can find it on:

Hi dimple,
Your videos have to be in MPEG4(MP4) files. With total video converter you can transform your videos to otehr formats, but in this case transform then into MPEG4 format.
Once you have your videos in MPEG4 format, add them to the ituneslibrary and synch your ipod

*If you dont like or this converter dosent work, you can find others, by just googoling "video transform"*
