Restart your pc and simultaneously press "F8" to boot Option: select " Last known good configuration" and then enter.
Download "microsoft windows script" from www.microsoft.com you have search this download after downloading Install it into your PC and then restart.
Now you can download and install again Macromedia flash player.
(If you had used "Deep Freeze" you should disabled it before installing any softwares")
If see thesame problems, i suggest that you should renew your operating system by installing new windows on it.
note: be sure to backup your important files before re installation of windows.
