The default code is 12345. That is if you did not change and forgot it. If forgotten then re-installing the firmware is the only answer. Go to the nearest Nokia Care.
Go to the Phone settings. in the Security Keyguard.. enter the code when it prompts it and either select on( to enable Keygaurd security) or select off(to diable). by default the security code for nokia phones is 12345.
