I have a dell studio 1737 upgraded to windows7. To get the fingerprint to work I inserted the digital persona disk went to E:\ opened the file found the 64-bit install clicked on that it installed 3.01. After my computer rebooted And, I seen that it installed I clicked on update and downloaded 4.01 And, went through the whole install process again. Works as good as the day I bought it. The only problem that I can find is Firefox 5.3.3 or 6 doesn't have support for the product. It installed to add-ons but, says it's not compatible with version 3.5.5.

Get the latest version of DigitalPersona Pro which supports Internet Explorer 8 or use Firefox to browse the web.
