Zenith E44w46lcd. White on screen turns pink and pixels

The "replace bulb" light is on. Not sure if that is the problem. Bright white pixelates in pink and the screen sometimes has a blue or green tint. Also, the color really washes out sometimes and looks as if it tints in blue.
