When setting up my new D=Link wireless router I get an error message 302 internal error router setup can not continue I can connect on my old router . What does this message mean?

I called the D-LInk support number . The technician was extremely rude and of no help . It was so bad I returned the router to the store and bought a Linksys router. It was easier to install and works great.
