You inadvertently set your range to "Sabbath Mode". The display actually reads "SAB". This is a feature that allows the consumer to disable certain features of the range in order to honor the sabbath. You cannot defeat it by unplugging the range or turning off the breaker either. You will either have to wait 72 hours for the mode to clear, or figure out how to turn it off.

The model number you have this question listed under, however, does not have a "Sabbath mode" according to the owner's manual. It has a control lock-out feature that can be turned on/off by pressing and holding the "STOP/TIME" and "CANCEL" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The instructions are on page 7 of the owner's manual.
