window did not start successfully,the screen was displaying this message after i used the system without charging for a long period of time, he command promt is not even responding it just changes from the black screen and briefly to the windows page and it come back to the black screened message

Charge it up first, then come back! Do not switch on till fully charged. Elinmination first!

While you are trying to boot up, before the Windows logo comes up, start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Then try to use the option "Last known good configuration". If that one does not work, try to go to the safe mode option
