Alignment Issue

I replaced the BLACK ink cartridge this morning and the screen is now saying there is an alignment issue. I know longer have the manual so I'm clueless. Thank you!

Browse through the menu, there must be a head alignment test/function. Also inspect the printer driver and/or utilities installed on your computer and find a head alignment function.
It's not complicated, either it's fully automatic, or you'll have to look at a printout and choose the best-aligned lines, depending on printer model.
