- thanks done all that the error code is oxooooooo5 it will not let me do anythingcant cancel wont let it move on

Insufficient information.

Do it anyway. Check that you removed all wrapping or tape coverings from the cartride. Re-install the cartridge making sure it is secure. Check your manual for instructions to align the cartridge.

Please provide more details -- as much as possible.
