Problem for Refrigerators

Generic problem for all Refrigerators

Fan inside fridge does not work

the fridge (vintage model) is brand new. Just connect it to the electricity last night and this morning realized the little fan inside is not working and now a think icy layer is already present on the back wall. There seem to be no operation to unlock the fan prior to connect to power therefore I dont know what to do
