I would like to set up a password but dont know

first go to browser (IE, Mozilla,...), then type where is www.****, you put ip adress normaly is 192.168.1.1.
then show a login window type admin (user name) and admin (password).
then on the left/top for wireless (WLAN) and use WPE or WPA encription below type the wireless password.
save and check-it on wireless device. laptop,....

Connectcable modem to PC / laptop start web browser and enter IP address (like 192.168.1.1.) ofmodem, log in with admin / admin now you are in menu of modem securityand go to fill in what you want as password
save it and if you want make connection to the net you have to fill in the paswoord you put in
on the back or botem are a small hole this wil reset the modem and login paswoord
