the error is associated with the mechanism at the right where the heads park ... it may have a little paper stuck there .. let the head move out of the way and check for something blocking that area ... you can also reset the printer .. that fixes the problem sometimes ..
to reset .. start with the printer off
then press and hold 4 keys at the same time .. thats the left bottom .. the right bottom .. the center OK button and the on/off button .. hold them all down for 10 seconds .. now let go of only the on/off (keep the other 3 buttons down for a few seconds until the printer starts up .. then let go of all buttons ..
