Well theres three possivilities for why the code does not work:
1. its possible the battery is dead which is why the code is not beingaccepted. As I understand it the battery compartment is on the outside of the safe so install a fresh battery and try again.
2. You may have changed intentinally or accidently the code. Go though all your reguler numbers and see if it unlocks the safe then try similer numbers in case it was imput incorrectly when set.
3. Your safe is broken. tough luck.

If you cant get into the safe with the code you need to take it to someone with powertools (if you didnt have it bolted down) or have someone come to the safe. 10 minates with an angle grinder should make a big enough hole to get the contents out.
