Can't download photo onto the keychain

I have got the software to download after several trys. Now when I try to download the photos I can't. I go to the program files in the c drive and click on Kodak then click on Kodak Easyshare and nothing except for the photo I have on my computer screen at all times. How am I suppose to be able to get the photos onto the keychain. I have a total of 2 and it holds 60. Please someone help, I've tried to call customer support but it is always busy until 5:00 PM closing time.

bought a bunch of these as xmas gifts and one for me. I installed the disk without problem but when i hook up the usb from the computer to the keychain the computer it does not regester on the keychain. Nor will the thing turn on no matter how long i hold down the button.
